Samsung Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A52s 5G users start receiving Android 12 update
Samsung recently rolled out Android 12 to Samsung Galaxy A52 5G owners - it now appears the update is also rolling out to the slightly faster Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G model.
If you’re in the UK, you should be eligible for the update right now. If you haven’t already received a notification, make sure to check Software Updates in Settings. If your battery is low, you may need to plug your phone in before you can install the update.
Samsung’s latest One UI 4.0 is their software built upon Android 12, originally released for the Samsung Galaxy S21 in November 2021. The update brings various improvements, features and performance enhancements.
The release follows Android 12 updates to several of Samsung’s flagship phones, and Samsung’s announcement that they will be offering a minimum of 4 Android updates for their upcoming phones.
