iD Mobile has announced a 25% surge in subscriptions, from approximately 1.2 million customers in 2022, to 1.5 million customers in 2023 - an impressive 300,000 increase.

Powered by Three, iD Mobile has become one of the UK’s fastest growing MVNOs. Both companies also announced a renewed partnership to continue mutual growth.

In recent years, iD Mobile has received recognition and awards for being one of the cheapest mobile networks in the UK. Despite the low prices, they aren’t low on features - EU roaming is included with all plans at no charge, something which not even their more expensive provider (Three) offers.

Of course, as with most budget networks, there are some compromises. iD Mobile don’t have any call centres, with an online Live Chat service being the only way to speak to a real human.

Our own research has consistently used iD Mobile to show how buying a phone outright and pairing it with a SIM only plan is generally cheaper compared to taking out a phone contract.
